Research
New knowledge is created through research and the Department is also committed to developing teaching as scholarly activity. Through the scholarly activity of research and teaching we help adults to discover new knowledge, create new understandings, ask significant and critical questions, form well founded arguments and opinions. In this way we both increase the ability of adults to access higher education and of professional educators to enhance their teaching skills.
